The Quest To Find My Abs! Day 1

I have been chubby and skinny but I never could see my abs muscles. So, with inspiration from Scott Do owner of Do It Rite Fitness in Oklahoma City, I am going to get fit. If you aren’t following Scott he is a body builder but that has started a journey that not many people could do, fit to fat to fit. He is halfway done and for the last four months been eating garbage and not working out. Now starts the hard part, Scott is going to get back to the shape he was! Yesterday started day one for me and for me I ate pretty healthy and went to Edmond Fit Body Bootcamp.
